Respected sir,
I asked for full form of P.F. and D.M.in the legal term.
Sir, in my case this is used in HMA.
" No other issue arises nor has been pressed or claimed by the parties. P.F. , D.M. and list of witne4ss etc. be filed within 14 days. Now , to come up on 20.5.09
for evidence of the petitioner"
The said order was passed by ADJ, Fbd on 16.3.09,the petitioner has not submitted the evidances till date, in other words she is not attending the court intentionally.
What further action is to be advised.
With kind regards
Kiran Kumar

Rishi Ji,
PF and DM here are having same meaning as i told u in earlier post.
P.F is process fee; to be paid for the purpose of summoning of witness.
D.M is diet money; to be paid to witness, in simple language u can say to compensate him for spendin time in court.
lawyer moves an application on behalf of the litigant for summoning of witnesses and the judge fixes the amount for D.M whereas P.F is already fixed amount by the State.
if she is not submitting here evidence and further she is not appearing then her case can be dismissed in default and if she appears and fails to give any evidence then it will be dismissed for want of evidence.

Well clarified by Mr.Kiran Kumar and it is hoped the issue needs no further elaboration.
