1. Please advise if an administrator is entitled to fees for shouldering all the work?

2. After accumulating funds and dividing it among the legal heirs is it necessary to submit the accounts to the court or if necessary, the court will call for it?

1.If U have been appointed by the court, the court will fix your fees. If U R an administrator because U R the executor of a Will,U R entitled to recover expenses from the money coming to your hands but no fees.
2. It is necessary to submit the accounts to the court. Six months' time is usually granted. It should be a part of the order itself.
