can a pvt ltd co. file a recovery suit(summary suit) if that co. is not having a licence, if still suit is filed cn licence b obtained,,how much time does it take t gt licence what is the procedure,,

i am not sure sir but i think licence to run a company(do v need that)

If you have any money to be recovered from anyone, you better approach a lawyer and get assistance, especially since you do not know what is to be legally done in a given situation.

what is the procedure to register the rent agreement?

Go to the Sub-Registrar's office and register the Rent Agreement. The house owner (landlord) also should go and execute the agreement.
Rent Agreement is required to be compulsorily registered only if the rent is for more than a year. If it is for a period less than one year, then there is no compulsion for registering the same. It can be registered if the parties opts to get it registered.

thak you sir,,,as per ur ans both the owner n tanent should go to registerar off,,,n the owner is in delhi n property is in noida then where it shud gt registered,,,n at the time of gtg it registered thumb impression n photo is needed of both owner n tanent,,,,

No one can help as both are required for registration. Get it registered after he comes to noida.
