Lloyds finance (nbfc) - submission of change of address

Dear Sir, I had invested fixed deposits (3 lakhs)in LLoyds Finance (an NBFC) in the year 1997 in my family members name.
The amount is not repaid till date. By then I was living in Coimbatore. Now I have changed my residence to Bangalore and I want to give change of address to Lloyds finance to receive my principal amount. Could you please give guidance on where to submit the details? with regards,

You have to intimate the company about the change of address through a registered post letter intimating the change. In case the company is under liquidation then you have to intimate the change to the Official Liquidator.

Send the change of address intimation to the Regd., office of the compnay.

Yes, right. Better to ask this to the company itself as it may be more equipped to answer this question.

Dear all,
Thanks to your immediately. The NBFC has already wound up and under the control of Registrar of companies, hyderabad. Lloyds Finance has changed their registered office also. Can I submit details to "Registrar of companies, Hyderabad?

As per Mr. A V Vishal Sir, Company was liquidated in 1972. How can you invest in 1997 ?
