Dear Experts,
May I request your advice on below matter.
I have taken 2 perosnal loans(1lakh & 40,000RS) & one credit card(50,000RS)during the period of 2005-06 from newdelhi.In 2006 I left for abroad after that I haven't paid the EMI.so many times they contacted me there..so I want to know what are the steps they can take against me and If I wanted to repay money back, will they allow me to do so?
If they already filed a case against me, how can I know that & how to go forward, please advice
Do I face any problems at airport when I reach in delhi or any other state in India?

they can file a civil suit against you. If you want to pay the amount then send a cheque to bank with a covering letter.

How do I know that if they have already filed a case against me..I have been trying to email bank ppl, but they said they will send me details of loan , not seems that they will reply ..so iam tensed now..

You have to cause necessary searches in the concerned courts of law. And I think the bank may file criminal case as well to exert maximum pressure on you for recovery of its money.

If they have done case against me , how does it affect on my arrival & departure at Airport, Does it make any issues at airport like arrest or stop going back abroad ..
I am trying to contact bank ppl now..
If you can check & confirm(will be paid) whther they have filed case against me,is it possible, please let me know at jeevan_59@yahoo.com

IF THE BANK FILED A CIVIL SUIT THEY CAN CLAIM THE ENTIRE AMOUNT THROUGH CIVIL MANNER, SO YOU WILL SETTLED THE SAME YOU DIRECTLY APPROACH THE BANK OFFICIALS AND THEY WILL ASSIST AND SETTLED THE MATTER BEFORE COURT THROUGH LOK ADALAT,
INCASE THEY FILED A CHEQUE CASE YOU WILL FACE THE PROBLEM IN CRIMINAL MANNER INCASE YOUR ARRIVAL WILL KNOW BY THEM THEY WILL APPROACH AND MOVE THE MATTER INCRIMINAL COURT THERE ALSO SETTLED PROVISIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN VERYMUCH
BUT THESE TWO STEPS ARE NOT CURTAIL IN YOUR ABROAD TRIP SO YOU WANT TO SETTLED THE ENTIRE MATTER YOU COME AND PEACEFUL ENJOY.
