Loan to company in which brother of director is director

(Querist) 09 November 2015 This query is : Resolved 
M/s. XYZ Pvt Ltd has two directors Mr A and Mrs B. M/s. XYZ has given loan to M/s. POR Pvt Ltd. One of the directors of In M/s. PQR Pvt Ltd is brother of Mrs B. Mrs B is not a director and also does not hold any shares of M/s. PQR Pvt Ltd. Whether loan given by M/s. ABC Pvt Ltd to M/s. PQR Pvt Ltd is in contravention section 185 of the Companies Act?
