the case was compromised in the lokadalat in the year 2013. petitioners, legal heirs of purchasers filed the case in the year 2004 with the old registered document in which sellers , purchasers and witnesses are died except one witness who is the seller's son is the witness in the old (30 years back about 1965 document) registered document .the property is ancestral property of the witness (great grand fathers property)and he is the minor at the time of sell as his witness taken as thumb impression.
1.the seller's family(has four children) sold the property to the third party in the year 2002.actually they does not know about the old document and they have pattadhar passbook and revenue records.
2. the legal hairs of the purchasers filed the case in the year 2004 (title declaration and permanent injunction suit )against the witness and his elder son as two defendents not included other family members and compromised in the hon'ble lokadhalat court.during the pendency of the suit the petitioners sold the property to another party.
3.the bonafide purchasers(THIRD PARTY) of the said land in the year 2002 has "possessory agrement of sale document" which was executed by the all the family menbers(ANCESTORS OF LAND ,witness and four children).
Q1.CAN WE(THIRD PARTY) FILE THE CASE FOR SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE TO REGISTER THE SUIT LAND AGAINST THE FAMILY MEMBERS AND OTHERS(PETITIONERS AND RESPONDENTS OF LOKADALAT COMPROMISED SUIT).
Q2.NOW THE ONLY WITNESS OF OLD DOCUMENT SAYING THAT THE OLD DOCUMENT THUMB IMPRESSION IS NOT MINE.AFTER THE LOKADALATH COMPROMISE ,HE HAS ANY RIGHT TO CHALLENGE HIS THUMB IMPRESSION IN OTHER NEW SUIT.

Since compromise decree is passed in Lok Adalat, no one cna go beyond its terms.'So first give contents of the compromise decree so we can say what can be done more to perfect the title.
The decree can not be challenge now anymore.
