Dear Sir,I 've 84R farm in beed city which is now in under R zone, as to reach at farm there is 12 feet (pandan) road from main road which is discountie by neighbour farmer & for the same road matter is in court between two brothers.as I want to know can I put the same matter in Tahsil Loksahidin seperately because if it is court matter for same road but I'm not involved in court matter. So pleasse guide me in case what will i do.

Question here is you want road or access to your plot from their plot .
First check all land records of all land , because there are various types of lands . If land is tenure land , or under grant of land chapter then you can officially request revenue Dept or thesildar or collector to make small road entry , if it is grant land they can use such that cancelling lease of little land etc so on
You need to take advice of local adv good in land laws. Then move app to thesildar
See lokshahi din is because it is not possible for officers to meet public all days of year they have other duty of administration so this day they keep to meet others grievance you can try . See if they can help they will or appeal in above forum like dist collector but first understand legal position properly if you demand something illegal they can not help u

Sir,as per gov.GR court matter is not accepted in loksahidin, my question is if the matter is in court between two another person, can I appeal in loksahidin for same issue as i' m not invole in court matter personelly.

Sir,I want to know, is there any clause in Loksahidin GR i.e court matter between two person & for same issue can some one appeal in loksahidin ?.

My opinion about lokshahi din is bit different. When you take GR and interpret you will make one interpretation if you study various acts and then read any thing your interpretation will surely change.
My interpretation is person has problem whether the thesildar collector and above whether they can pass any order in such case this is first criteria. 2. Whether anything is legally preventing them to make order 3. Whether that order will be valid order following due procedure of law

1. Whether collector or thesildar can pass order ans depends upon various factor like type of land etc . Local adv can check and ans
2. I feel yes if dispute is pending on road then you need to enter that suit as intervener and you need to become party with court permission again adv job . Such case collector won't pass order
3. Again local adv has to check land record and see if it is land which is unalieanated land given under grant of land chapter of mlrc 1966 that is land revenue code or tenure land
I'm such case application is required to be made file created and then sent for approval and if officer not working then meet collector in lokshahi din

Sir,the matter is in court between two brother under IPC 143 A i.e for demand of new road in tahsil court & for the same road my father appeal in tahasil loksahidin as tahsildar already raise written order to create road with reference of above 143 IPC application but opposite party appeal against order in court & tahsil refuse my loksahidin apple due to reason that matter is in court. My father openenion is that tahsil answer totally wrong b'causse in court matter my name is not invole & our subject is to remove the aaticraman & clear the old panda road as per MAP. Hence please reply me on which base tahsildar refuse my loksahidin apple, is there any loksahidin rule available or tahsildar answer is wrong.
