Lost - exparte - civil case

Hi,

We failed a civil case. But there was no representative from other party.

Advocate filed Exparte but unfortunately we lost the case. (without opponent advocate)

When contacted advocate he is saying some excuses.

Please suggest us how can we proceed further.

Challenge the decree in appeal. This is the only option left.
Without knowing the case history no comment can be made on the merit of the judgment and order.
