sir iam the 3rd party of the property my concern is that the 1st party he was a army personal so he got the land from the allotatoin from the government of india, ministry of works,housing and supply(department of rehabilitation),office of regional settlement commissioner,bombay-1). dated 25/10/1962.and the allotment order no.AO L(S)Bom/Hyd/28-A

I have already replied in advance,in your last repeated query since the person was the Col.it created doubt,the same,you noted now.

This may be like "Adarsh"most publicised property.

First inquire then go through the Bombay Land REvenue Code.

ACHHI TARAH SE SAMAJH SOCH KAR KADAM LENA,NAHIN TO LENE KE DENE PAD JAYENGE.
