Dear experts My one friend's father died in accident at Rajasthan.
my friend permanent live in Gujarat.
Now as per the advice of Rajasthan Police he hire an advocate at rajasthan. This incident was took place in 2012. Till date today my friend not receive a singl penny as a compensation money.
Now my question is can my friend transfer the case in gujarat because he is permanently live in gujarat if yes than how? And how he come to know that macp claim file in rajasthan or not?

only SUpreme Court is having such powers. Prima-facie he has no ground to transfer.
you give full facts of the case so that some breakthrough could be there.

u better file transfer petition in supreme court, but before all, have some sense to face/ call a lawyer to whom u can discuss the facts of the case along with relevent papers to seek appropriate advice....Regards

pack heavy wads of currency (may be more than what you may get in MACP claim) go to Delhi and file case in Supreme Court for transfer of case to Gujarat with no tangible grounds.

Though you were wrongly guded at the initial stage as it would have been better for you to file case in Gujarat. Anyway, it is not advisable now to get the transfer of the case rather I strongly advise you to personally attend each and every hearing of the case in Rajasthan so that you may come to true picture of the case.
As per my experience, MACT claim petition generally get allowed within a period of 2 years.
