Can a wife and a son ask her father in law and mother in law to maintain her and can she ask for share which is earned by her father in law and mother in law.is the court give order to give share to her which is owned by her mother in law.becoz already a dv case is going on thts why?

daughter in law cannot ask her in laws to maintain her . it is the duty of husband .further daughter in law has no rights over self acquired property of her mother in law

You have not mentioned about the status of husband of such petitioner wife. I presume he is no more. In that situation, the daughter in law and grand-son can file for their maintenance against them. There are many judgments in this support.
