Maintenance in Domestic violence case

Dear Sir, my wife file a case of DV against me but I continuously trying to back her home but she is not want to come back and wants maintenance. I have one child which is near about one year. Will court give her maintenance in between or maintenance will provide after divorce according to law?

The maintenance is granted on interim measures even before the final disposal of the main case.
If your wife does not want to come back then do not force.
make peace with this reality and move on life.
There are many things over which you have control in life.
