There is no fixed rule for maintenance. It depends upon the status of husband and the court's satisfaction about the earning of the husband.

Mr.Barman is correct,besides this your wife has to proove your income to satisfy her need in the court of law
If your wife demands equal status of living and argue effectively, the court may fix up anywhere between 33% to 50% of your earnings (take home salary) as maintenance for your wife, provided she is not employed or has no source of income. Normally, it is one-third.

33%of your total income can be awarded as maintenance for wife. If children is there and they are on her care, then you have to pay for their maintenance also
