Making a trust for a temple

Hi,
I have a query regarding the making of a trust for a temple in delhi. My family owned a land where a temple have been constructed by my great grand father & all the electricity/water bills are in my great grand father's name(he's no more now).Some of persons are pressurising us to make a trust for this temple which we don't want to do. Is there any possibility that they can make a trust for that temple without involving my family or without taking the docs related to this property.
In-case they'll do so, can we take some sort of leagl action?
Please help & suggest.

THIS BEING PRIVATE PROPERTY, NO ONE CAN COMPEL YOU TO DONATE YOUR PROPERTY IN PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUST.
They?? Who?? cannot do it.

Thanks for your reply it gives me a relief as i haven't moved to any lawyer for this..i thought to take this up in this forum first..people those are pressurising us are the locals staying nearby this temple & one of them is worker of a political party..

Mr Shroff is liberal in assuring you for rights of your property.
BUT AND IT IS A BIG BUT.....
If people are coming for regular worship which can be proved than any two person can complain to the local CHARITY COMMISSIONER for formulation of a scheme ( Now only in Maharashtra) or a PUBLIC TRUST at other place in India.
So if you want it to be a private property either stop allowing public to come in or create a private trust for the deity.

I cannot stop allowing people to come in as this was made for public but i don't want somebody to own this.are you suggesting to make it as a private trust with-in my family?

If you can stop people than you can also not stop them for moving THE AUTHORITIES for formation of a PUBLIC TRUST.

Temple is for the devotees and in the name of of misappropriation/ management/ administration of temple they may ask proper administration/ management for the temple and can create trust/ society.In case u are not involved n this trust. society (created by the devotees) your property could not settled and you people will remain owner of the temple property.
