kindly provide me information about mandatory distance between septic tank and boundry wall.
Actually one of my neighbour is constructing septic tank adjoining of my
boundry wall.
for this i have complained to municipal corporation of my city- Ajmer(Rajasthan)
is there any remedy to stay ?

ans''u can move 2 civil court by filing an injunction suit as soon as possible,but before Construction.

Before taking any action, you may please like to first consult the National Building Code. The NBC 2005, formulated by the Bureau of Indian Standards, spells out new regulations for adoption by infrastructure departments, municipal administrators, public bodies and private agencies. National Building Codes (NBC) regulate building construction & building use in order to protect the health, safety & welfare of the occupant. You must always take the correct precautionary measures to assure the safety of your family members.
If the construction of septic tank by your beighbour is found to be against any of the code including without any permission from the Sewerage/Public Health Department, you can lodge a complaint with the police.
