Dear Sir,
I am Santoshkumar married one, my wife stayed with me for approximately 15 days from the date of marriage, in these days i have tried a lot to give love to her but she didn't respond and objecting.
She used to scold me that you are not giving luxury life, you are not so smart etc. she is changing talks between me and her parents.
Meeting conducted in their village to sort out the issue, she didn’t attend. I have lost hope on my life due to constant threat from my wife and her family.
Later she told me that she was not interested in this marriage. Already before marriage she informed to her sister and her dad but they have neglected and not informed us anything about this and they have forcibly convinced her to get married.
Due to unusual behavior of my wife and heavy influence from her family she has started deserting me and staying with her family.
After Deepavali festival she said that ''still i dont have interests on you. Even she said that her parents are forcibly sending with you and requested me to leave me alone and to give divorce.
As per her interests i agreed and we both of us signed & submitted mutual consent divorce.
Now my wife (still not having interests in me) listening to her parents and receiving of threatening from our father-in-law that, to return original divorce paper otherwise i will put a case on you.
Already my father-in-law given written statement in police station that am giving torture to my wife please take action on him like.
They are very influential and rich and have been threatening me with all the possible cases.. Frequently they have abused me and said I will see to you and your family and will be put on road etc
It is my humble request to help in this.
Now Our father in law and my wife withdrawn Mutual consent divorce and agreed to stay with me in court. But our father in law is not sending her daughter with me.
He is playing game with my life. He is not letting to separate us nor sending my wife to live with me.

Then file a contested suit for divorce.
Do not let their tantrums get over you. It will more disturb you.Accept this turmoil in your life on its face and face it bravely. The problem will be managed.

Sir,
If i filled a divorce case, they will file false cases on me and our family.
They are politically strong.
I am ready fight over false cases but my career is going to collapse which is boon to our family.
if i keep quit, they will also quit but my question is how many days, months, years what about marital life?
I so confused and frustrated

When did U get married? Has it been consummated?
If what U are saying is true from Ur side,I say that the fault lies in the girl for marrying U though she was not interested.If it is vice versa then U have to face the tune from their side.
Let me presume that U are correct,once she has signed the MCD application she should not have deviated from it.
The behaviour of her parents as U mentioned is unwarranted when both of U have compromised for MCD.
The girl's side though they may trouble U initially will have to learn their mistake at some point of time.Hence go for an amicable settlement of the entire episode taking the assistance and advice of a competent local lawyer.

but in front of all telling lie that i have didn't told anything.

Sir,
My wife is ready to give divorce to me, she is in her parental house, not in contact.
not getting any idea how to approach her and listen to her.
i think she can agree and once again can file MCD with me.

U have been given 2 options,and it is left for U to choose URself.
one sincere suggestion is ,better both of U meet together and come to an amicable conclusion,and get the issues sorted out side the court.
At this stage if she is listening to the ill advices of her elders, then she would be ruining her life.

i have sent one register post mentioned to come back and live with me and all.
dont know whether they will reply or not.
i am residing far away from my hometown nearly 400 km. i will go and meet personally with her to take final decision.
i am very grateful to all of you if any further suggestion from your side.
