Thank you sir. In divorce, if wife is a govt employee, can she ask for maintenance??? Will she be entitled to have any share in property of husband???

Whether she can ask for maintainance would depend in the differance of income between both the parties, standard of living etc.
As far as possible ask your queries which are related to each other in one single thread and do not create multiple threads. You can create different posts in the same thread.

she can ask for maintenance but whether she will be awarded or not depends upon her income . you have not mentioned how much you are earning per month

She is always entitling to maintenance but fact of her employment effects the amount.
She is not entitle to inherit property of her husband during life time of husband. After death she is entitle to property if not legally divorced.
The question of permanent alimony is generally decided by the courts at the time of divorce.
