Surprising he is asking for light bill of daughters parents where she lived...
Can anyone focus..

Your query is not clear. Does a light bill mean an electricity bill? For a marriage certificate why approach a lawyer? For the help of a lawyer to avoid legal issues or for the case of a certificate?
