marriage suppressing the fact of first marriage and talaq

A Muslim husband came to know the fact that his wife was already married in past ,to one who talaq his wife, suppressing this fact the parents of his wife performed her second marriage, now the husband want to come out of this marriage, whether divorce can be obtained on the ground of fraud and cheating or any other ground

For talaq a muslim need not go to court mere utterance of word talaq three times in the presence of wife is enough
