marriage validity

I married a widow who had a son nd registered the same. After that the girl which I had seen before forced me to marry her or she will commit suicide along with her parents . Not knowing what to do, I tied the knot, I've not registered that Marriage. till date I've not touched her, nor I stayed with her.Its 9 months now.. ..
I've not told her about my earlier registered marriage.
Pl help me. What I can do to get rid of her.. .

Think u are Hindu. Second marriage in Hindus is invalid no rights acrue to her no need to do anything. Be calm and forget her till she indulges in litigation.take action if there is any harassment to you by her.

How the marriage was solemnized; in temple before witnesses........?

If you are a Hindu, you can not marry during existence of first marriage.

If you have married second time, you have invited big trouble for you. She can initiate criminal action for cheating, fraud, rape (you may prove later you have not touched her) etc. Once any action taken by them trouble may not end for years.

Marriage need not be registered for initiating such actions.
