retirement can be attained at any age and any place.

But superannuation is termination of service after working for a long time and the based on the dis continuation for the reason of his old age

Every organization will have a maximum age at which one has to retire. This is called superannuation.
There may be situations where one employee would be permitted to retire earlier, after putting in minimum number of years of service, this is called Voluntary retirement.
In some cases, the employee would be retired compulsorily before the age of superannuation, then that is called 'compulsory retirement'.
Normally retirement means superannuation, i.e. when the maximum age prescribed by the organization for retirement is attained.
For instance, currently 60 years is the age of superannuation/retirement in the Central Government.
The Judges of the High Court retire at the age of 62 years. The Age of retirement for the Judges of the Supreme Court is 65 years.
