Hello everyone,
can anyone tell me how the validity of mtp act can b challenged?? how far is it ok to have limits n conditions on abortion??

Vires of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 can be challenged only before a High Court or before the Supreme Court of India. In case you intend to challenge the same on the ground of limits placed on abortion, the same can be challenged on the ground of wrongful classification.
