Have you completed your Law Graduation.If not better complete it First and get enrolled in BCI.Till then be Very Calm and Cool.Once you are able to Join as Junior and Stand on your Own Legs You Decide.Being A Lawyer you should have Solved the Issues Of Many Persons Like this by now.For any Arrogant behavior of any In Laws Do Not Hesitate to Call the Police.Keep their Phone Numbers Ready in Hand.Let them Realise You are an Advocate.Be Bold.Suicide is Not the Remedy and you should never think of it.Any thing Important/Urgent Just Post Here and Experts would help you.Take Care.

Yes.i have already enrolled my name in BCI, holding sanad since 2010. Have done juniorship for approx one and a half year. But that wz not sufficient. Thought of giving my complete time to my kid, have left my career. dont have much idea of criminal and police procedures. What would b d result of FIR?? Would simple NC will serve the purpose??

Visit the BarCouncil and Check and complete the Formalities as the Last date is Nov 30th.Confirm the Eligibility Of 5 lacs and comply the formalities.Try to Keep a Servant to take Care of the Kid and Start going to Court under A Senior advocate. This it self would put an end to your Problem. As and when if at all required you could call the Police whether they Issue FIr/CSR/NC any thing would solve the Purpose.
