Mhada noc required for purchasing flat in the building

The building has been constructed after taking MHADA NOC. The plot is owned by MHADA which is taken on lease for 90 years and the building has been constructed. The question is will there be a need of MHADA NOC separately for selling/ purchasing any flat in this building even if MHADA NOC is already there with the society?
** Note: There are banks which has stated that only NOC from society is enough while there are banks (example: Axis bank) who demand separate NOC from MHADA too.

MHADA NOC is required for selling individual flats. You need to mention what NOC is given by MHADA to society. Banks can decide and ask NOC from MHADA.
