Im a divorcee since 2008 holding the custody of a minor child. My ex has visitaion rights of the child. However he has not visited since 2008.
Many people have told me that I should have fought for the denial of visitaion rights.
Though at the time of divorce I pleaded for denial the family court judge refused and said its a fundmental right of the childs father and the same cannot be denied.
Can a family court deny minor child visitation rights for a biological father at the time of divorce? If yes, under what circumstances?

visitation rights cannot be denied to father . only in exceptional circumstances such as if father is abusive towards child , drug addict , has mental health problems can you ask the court to deny him visitation rights

If in MCD, The consent term clearly mention"No Mtn to child, No visiting Right, accepted and consented by both, then only court agree,
Otherwise it wife prove, husband is misbehaving daughter of 10 yrs, sexually harass and cruel, cannnot be safe, court will deny visiting right after sufficient evidence of drug addict/ drunkard, mental husband.
