This is Sumesh from Bangalore.
I was using Airtel postpaid connection and 27th Dec 2016 i have submitted documents for migrate as prepaid , yesterday morning my mobile network was disconnected after 4 hours only activated the new prepaid sim .
if any possibilities for compensation?
please advice me

It is not a legal query. however no compensation is there.

This time may be normal to activate switch over of the scheme.
If not satisfied, may change the service provider.

The inconvenience appears to be too trivial to seek or pursue any legal remedy. Moreover, the company may have their own technical justification.

During migration from postpaid to prepaid such time may be taken.
The telecom operator must have appraised you on it.

Whether you suffered any loss during this time of 4 hrs. taken during switching to new scheme?
Have you enough proofs of such loss to be proved?
whether any such condition was mentioned in change of scheme papers?
Since litigation is time and cost consuming, any net benefit is doubtful in claiming any compensation legally.
