Money circulatory banning Act

A aggrieved depositor is having documents worth lakhs of rupees. There are so many others also. But not in a postion to pay court fees? How can I get back my deposit ?

File consumer complaint for not rendering the better service. Refuse to return the deposit also amounts to negligence in providing the service. Consumer court fees will be reasonable.
