Money division after divorce

Wife is going for a contested divorce putting false allegations on me... but I have filed a RCR and want her back.. During our family life, we both worked in UK and had made decent savings and part of her earnings are in my account..
She is quoting that as dowry , but I am ready to give it back to her... How should I give this money back to her .. she is not ready for any talks and will only speak a word after I put the money in her account...Please advise.

I do not think that handing over the money will sole the dispute. However, you could always send a letter stating your willingness top hand over her share of money. If you know her bank account number then you could also transfer the money electronically.
