Sir if monoculer vision person can be able to get driving licence in tamilnadu

Yes, a person with monocular vision can get a driving license in Tamil Nadu if they meet certain conditions, including:
Passing vision tests, such as the Goldmann perimetry test and visual acuity test
Having a visual acuity of 6/12
Clearing the learner license registration (LLR)
