During EMT of an immovable property gifted by a senior citizen, whether the donor is also to be made party to LEDTD.

During Equitable Mortgage, of an immovable property gifted by a senior citizen, whether the donor is also to be made party to Mortgage as he can revoke the gift deed as per Maintenance and welfare of senior citizens act,2007. Just taking guarantee of senior citizen is enough? Whether any legal complications if we initiate SARFAESI?
