Hi,
Our child has born on 23/10/2013(HYDERABAD).We got Birth certificate from GHMC . But I have some doubt on the Mother's name included?
Please advise me what are it's consequences.
Mothers name in DC: S .L . N PRIYANKA(maiden name)
Mothers name in PAN card, election card:

Should I or my child faces any problems in future ?

You can get it changed from the issuing authority and get it done as per her present name.

There seems to be no practical problem. Both names may be entered to avoid unpredictable problem if any.

You may face the problem while applying for a passport for the child in which the mother's name, if differs, unnecessary complications may have to be faced, so better do it now itself so that you be peaceful about this in the future.
