well my dad along with 4 other people bought 1 acre of land. my dad has some part of it registered on his name. he has all the legal documents except for the fact that his name is not there in the mutation. the mutation took place only on other 4 people`s name. can u please suggest me what should we do get our piece of land. suggest an please elaborate your point

file an vardi along with xerox copy of sale deed before the concerned revenue of your city/village/gram panchyat to create a mutuation entry in your father's name.

First find out the reasons why the mutation in the name of your father could not be entered when the land was jointly purchased by 5 persons but the mutation entered only in the names of all persons except your father.
After finding the exact reasons, you should against post your query or should consult a local lawyer so that accurate solution of your problem may be made.

take index2 and vardi notice to village officer get the name entered.before that check the mutation entry.if ur fathers name is there the circle officer will correct hte revenue record.
