Mutual divorce

(Querist) 04 November 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir,

If mutual divorce is applied before court by signing of the both side and the wedding of gifted items are taken back by the parents of bride side with written consent.now question if bride decline during disposal time what will be the effect ?

If either of the parties refuses to attend the date of final hearing then the divorce would not happen.
Whatever is exchanged if mentioned in the mutual divorce petition then neither of the parties could retract from the statement.
