Dear Sir, I have been divorced under the conditions where my daughter who is 7 years old is entitled to meet her paternal family twice a month and share her school holidays equally. Though they wont visit her as per the agreement recently when they took her for christmas holidays they havent sent her back after the holidays are over and have not sent her to school as well. Actually i dont know where my daughter is.Her father works in Pune and his mom is in bangalore. My daughter once told me over phone she is in Pune and she will be back in Bangalore on 31st January. They are not letting me talk to her. What should i do now ? can i file a police complaint

No don't direct go to POLICE...it may affects your daughters emotional condition. Please follow simply-----
First contact your lawyer(*who was in divorce procedure) then via him try to contact their lawyer..... they both talk about matter then via him go to her/call her to your residence.
As he is also a lawyer he will sure understand legal mandatory of verdict of divorce...he will try to convince your ex wife side to mutually go with you.
Don't used any FORCE it will harm your daughters emotion, they can use it against you too.
So please go with lawyers directly if need to visit there go with your and their lawyer.
Pray soon you meet to your daughter...all the best

Is it a Legal Advise saying " Not to go to Police for a Missing Child "

This is a Legal Experts Forum and advising to pray is highly idiotic

If the father of the child has violated the court order by making his child overstaying with him beyond the stipulated period, you may even plan to file a contempt of court order besides taking any other legal action. However ascertain the facts before taking any hasty step in this regard.
