Dear experts,
My father debarred all legal rights from me and my brother without any reason to give benefits to their illegal family on the basis of falls charges of threatening and man handling by giving legal notice and Information in local newspaper. Now what me and my brother can do,how can we proceed legally.

Author, if the property is his self-acquired, then it is his will and wish to give it to any one even an out-sider. if the property is ancestral, you file a case in a court of law. approach a senior advocate who have knowledge in the matter.

By the way, what are your legal rights expected to be fulfilled by your father?
Rather, you should be thankful to him for bring you up up this of your age. Creat your own rightful assets, rather than expecting your father to dole out any of his assets to you.
Better behave decently with your father and his family to enable him rethink to leave somthing voluntarily for you and your brother after his death.

We are not thinking for property. My real pain is that a person who never look after me and my brother . he never give us any kind of support till date. My mother has looked after us from birth to till her death. My father was neither a good husband nor a good father. Now he has imposed falls charges just only for give benefits to his illegal family.
I want to know how can we proceed to file defamation case against him.

You have not yet replied my question, what are your legal rights you expected to be fulfilled by your father?
If your father did never give you any support or your only your mother looked after you, the question arises, with whose earning you have been brought up right from your infancy stage till now and even after the death of your mother?
Further, on what ground you think your father's illegal family. Do you have any judgment of the court to treat his family as illegal.
Even in your present reply you have asked for proceeding for defamation against him. Can you describe how famous were you and how he defamed you?
In fact, without any background history, yours is merely a hypothetical academic query. If you want to know how you can proceed legally, better discuss the complete background of the case.
If not, you can proceed legally by hiring services of a lawyer by telling him the complete case history.
