Now my grandmother wants to give property to her daughter (my aunty) only. Kindly let me know is my grandmother give land to her daughter only, what would be my father right as a son in property? no help can be given to a person who act that earns by himself and buys property ion the name of other person.
Some corrupt Govt officers also do so.

HE CAN TAKE PART OF THE PROPERTY TO THE EXTEND YOUR GRANDMOTHER WISHES.

YOU HAVE NO SHARE IN THE LAND UNLESS GRANDMOTHER SO DESIRES.

It is believed that you are Hindu and property left by your grandfather has not been partitioned.
The property left by your grandfather should be shared equally amongst ClassI legal heirs....................wife/son/daughter...................
Your lawyer may ask you to provide evidence that you advanced monies to buy property in the name of your grandmother.....................or may ask you to settle the matter amicably.

Your father has no share in the property which is in the name of your grandmother till she is alive. She can sell / mortgage / assign / gift / will it as she wish.
