My partner use my scanned signature on makin purchase order

I AM HAVING AN IT COMANY,HAVING ONE PARTNER BEFORE IN MARCH 2018.On 28 march i buy all his share legally and he was out from the compnay.Yesterday i came to know that somone has given a purchase of 16 lacs to his relative company and they want to know the status.When i called that company they showed me a photo copy of my comany lettter head in which a Purchas order was given to them by my company.And there were my signature on that.I never signed any purcashe order or any thing like this.I was shocked by this.I asked them orignal copy they said we only have this photo copy no orignal.I know this forged document by please guide how to proof this.I want to be preapred before they take any legal step against me.

You need to lodge police complaint against your so_called partner and buyer firm and simultaneously cancel the said order.

If I have not given any order why to cancel sir, how we can check this signature and paper authancity legally,any application i can move in court ,dont want to get envolve withpolice.

Sorry to question on your answer, sir but they are not showing the original letter they only have photo copy,photo copy counts as any thing i dont think so ,if i am wrong please correct me

Purchase order for what material, when placed, when supply made, nothing is clear from your query.

As they are suppressing the original documemts and have impersonated you so is the requitement to initiate legal action. So far as the cancellation of order is concerned, the language should be of denial of having execution of alleged order and further that the same should be treated as cancelled.

He said that my company ordered 250 batteries,100 inversters and other electrical things.He said that you give a PO on 28 March 2018 stating that material to be dilevered by 6 April 2018.I asked him where you deliver material if i give you order,he said i come to his office and take material to some place.All logistics was arranged my me as per his statement.He is palnning some game against me ...help i never give any PO ....I never go his office...all his things are flowery .....how and where i can take this PO copy for its genuiuty check....any law in crps or ipc

Serve the party with a legal notice and ask to produce the proof of having delivered the material to you. Cancellation of order st this stage after 5 months will have no relevance, if they have stated that the delivery of material has already been made to you. The simple question is to prove delivery of material. Another question arises, why they have not raised their demand for the payment of the price of material so far for the last 5 months?

Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer with copy of relevant documents for better appreciation of facts and documents for filing police complaint and suit for restraining the other parties from their action(s) .
