NA conversion applied documents file missing

Dear experts
A file containing various documents related to NA Conversion application is missing and could not locate it inspite of diligent search. Is there any possibility of obtaining the copy of the documents from the deputy commissioner office as the documents were submited there.Please advise.

Use RTI for the purpose.
Try to file again with proper acknowledgement giving reference of the previous application.

I am sorry, I dint not mention that we have already filed the original documents with application. The file that is missing is office copy file. We would like to have a copies of the same for office records.
Will the respective govt office entertain us to give the certified copies.

How RTI comes into picture here is seriously a big joke. Practically u meet the case worker pay him Rs.1000/- & get a photocopy unofficially. Its that simple work. I guess there is a need for certain qualification to become an EXPERT here ...
