Dear experts i want to change my name.What should I do? How can i use this in my current job and my marksheet and other documents as well.

you have rights to change name as per legal, same time you could not change your previous all mark sheet and related documents, in future you can affixed new name, before your approach local press office of govt to give new name for publish in the govt GO thereafter you can use new name.
