Name change

Respected Sir,

I want to change my surname, I have understood the process and I am about to implement it, but in documents like Pan Card,Passport,DL Fathers name is also mentioned and is Visible. Will there be a problem as the Surnames will be different??? Is there a solution for this???? Do I have to ask my Dad too to change the Name??? Please advise.

It is better to get the court decree regardig change of surname, so you can use the court decree everywhere, because it is binding on all.

A.IT SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM.

In case you feel that all documents previously made should be in consonance with the changed Sirname then get those changed accordingly.
