sir,
my father sur_name in the eductional registers has been mistaken and that is not corrected which was continuing to my sur-name as like my father but i want to change my sur -name throug court.
1.what is the procedure to change the sur-name through the court.
2.what type of suit i have to file in the hon'ble court.
pls explain the steps i have to follow.

Mr Rajender.
You make declaration about assume surname in place of other surname.
it is a simple proceeding, you go to court and declare affidavit through Notary Public or Judicial Magistrate court. After this you publish the matter in vernacular language newspaper or in gadget.
