Dear Sir,

My Name is in 10Th Class Ceficate is PARVEEN KUMAR but in 12th,B.Com,M.com,B.ed & in Other Certificate is PARVEEN KUMAR JAIN,Now I Selected in Primary Teacher Service in Uttar Pradesh.I wants to now that is it a problem for me or Not.if Yes what is the solution of this problem

why the difference in names .? have an affidavit prepared clarifying that both are one and same individual

There seems to be no problem, however have an affidavit prepared and also get it published in official gazette of your state.

You can not change the name in the previous certificates, but, you can prove that both the names are yours.

Yes, as suggested by experts, you may have an affidavit prepared ready in your possession indicating both the names are one and the same, which will take care of the situation that arise in this context.
