Name transfer land

My 3 acres of land is registered on the name of my elder brother. now i want to transfer it and register on my name. so from where to start???what is the procedure???? which legal documents are required??? from which persons No objection statement is required???

your brother can execute gift deed in your favour . have document duly stamped and regsitered . stamp duty would be 2%of market value of land

If the property is self acquired property of your brother and he want to gift the property to you, no body can object to it.
