Need completion certificate for our flat. 20 year old constr

Hello Sir/madam
We own a flat in an almost 20 year + old society.
We purchased the flat almost 12 years ago as second buyers, had availed bank loan against it.
We have every other essential document with respect to ownership. However the completion certificate is missing.
Society is taking like forever to process the same. Thus want to process it on our own for our flat.
We are planning to sell the flat, but banks these days need a completion certificate for processing loan, thus unable to sell as prospective buyers definitely seek for home loan.
Please help.

You can file consumer complaint against builder in consumer forum for completion certificate.

Up to occupancy certificate builders responsibility is there. Afterwards you will have to apply for completion certificate by applying in Municipal corporation if it is a city. If it is a town town Municipality . You get the completion certificate from municipal corporation and sell of your flat.
