Need help about water problem in my society

Hello Sir,
I was just going thru lawyers club inida site when i came across one of ur profile. my father is the owner of a room in a C.H.S. ltd in mumbai. we are facing water problems as almost every other house is getting some amount of water. every house has got the additional water tanks with more tha reqd capacities of water and further they are also using water pumps to increase the flow. the society is in a T-shaped layout and the corner house adds to our woes. pls advise if the same can be sorted out in some manner.

1)members cannot install additional water tanks in flat without obtaining BMC permission .

2) if members ahve done so and are storing wateryou cna take yup the matter with BMC andd also complain to secretary of society .

3) society cnanot grant permission to members to install additional water tannks in flats .

4) using of water pumps is illegal . on complaint made to BMc the said water pumps will be confiscated and fine imposed . complain to local ward office of these unauthorised water pumps
