Dear Professionals,
I really thank each one of you to advicing me the legal aspects on my need. I'm here once again seeking your professional guidiance. I got devorced with on last 3rd Feb'12 at Shriath (Islamic) Court. Its my ex wife she initiated the Divorce (Khula) proceedings. Now I'm getting re-marry within my relatives.Should I take any legal step, so that my ex wife would not create any issue at marriage.

All rights of your ex wife against you have been extinguished on divorce,therefore question of creating any lawful issue does not arise at all ,except that she would be entitled to be maintained by you so long as she does not remarry.

When you have got divorce, she cannot distrub you and she don't have any right.

Your ex-wife cannot createa nu issue at this point as both of you are legally divorced. So there is no need to take any precaution on that assumtion.

Few things need be proved:
1. Talaaqnama was served on the lady.
2. Meher was paid.
