I'm going to file a case before the supreme court regarding education matter. The case was dismissed at the Division Bench of HIGH COURT at CALCUTTA on basis of consent of both parties where i had never given any consent, after which i again moved with a REVIEW MEMO. but it was also dismissed as the HON'BlE division bench passed an order stating that as i had signed in the vakalatnama so my council can give consent on my behalf without my knowledge. So it would be very helpful if someone can help me in this matter.

An unauthorized compromise without concurrence of client, fails to bind him. File an SLP.

Dear Querist,
The only ground that appears to me for advice to you to move the Supreme Court is on premises of your lawyer exceeding your brief/instruction in the matter while arguing your case at the Division Bench of HIGH COURT at CALCUTTA. But, then, if you are present during the hearing in the DV Court, your position may be weaken. However, the settled law is that a client should not suffer for the fault of the Counsel. You may take that points of law in your favour while drafting the proposed grounds for SLP besides some may be more which would be based on merits of your case. What grounds you have taken in the Review Petition before Calcutta HC is also important for consideration for admission hearing by the SC.
Trust this would suffice.
