Need suggestion regarding domestic violence act

Hello sir,
My last date of hearing was 27th march 12 and as per my memory next date is 5th may 12. but when i check in list of daily case my case name is missing when i asked my lawyer he is telling it is 5 aug 12 in DV act case. I will go to court and check file but what to do if the date or proceed is changed. As in my case there is allegation of adultery on opposite party lawyer and which is clearly written in my reply but some how they are managing to not conduct cross examine.first date of AE was 24 jan12. Can i file any complain in temparing the file or case data and inform the court because i have doubt they may in future remove file also.
Pl. Guide me what to do and what can be the expected step they can take to weaken the case. I feel my lawyer is under the pressure of other lawyer and he is not guiding me properly....

you can always go through court records of your case . obatin certified copy of roznama .
the confusion of date can be easily sorted out .
the accused will try to adopt dilatory tactics to prolong case .
dont file complaint in haste . peruse court records

You should the counsel upon you fully trust. The facts you told are neither in your interest nor of your lawyer. It shall be better to replace him with newer one and it is advised to go to the court on 05th and personally enquire about the next date of hearing.

In addition to the suggestions of the experts,as a client why should you entirely depend on your lawyer,when he is acting in conievience with the opp.lawyer?Its you duty to give follow up to your case.If what you are saying is true,better change the lawyer,for the sake of your case.

You will get the correct date in the court diary. Go and verify the diary.

Go to the office of the court and check the records. Verify the roznama which have all the details of each hearings. If any discrepency in documents and the roznama, you can bring the same to notice of the court.

thanks to all experts.
I checked the date and it is found to be 4th august 12. very long date after 27th march 12 that to in case of domestic violence act. Judge is changed unfortunately.

You can always go to session court to finish the case in time bound manner.
