Need to transfer property to sister's name who is married

Hi,

I need to transfer the property 1BHK which could cost 1Cr to my sister's name ?.

Can you let me know the best possible ways to save on Registration and Stamp Duty

Also since it is between Bro and Sis can the Society charges be waived off ?

You can execute the regd., rights relinquish deed in favour of sister.
Waving of charges will be in accordance with the society bye law.

Which state are you talking about.
If your sister is not married then gift deed is most profitable for property in WB.

Co-op Society cannot charge any Transfer or Premium Money, as u r blood related.
Release in favour of sister , Family Settlement Agr, not for consideration, be regd.

If property in joint name then "relinquish deed".

and if only in your name then "gift deed".
